The Straight Fascia Mounted Post is designed for secure attachment to the inline fascia (side) board of a deck or any other surface, ensuring stability and reliability.When confronted with surfaces featuring a drip edge or nosing, employing multiple 1/2″ Straight Fascia Bracket Shims stacked together can effectively clear the overhang of the nosing. Straight Bracket Shim are Sold Separately.
The primary benefit of utilizing a fascia mounted system is the ability to save over 4 inches of deck space compared to surface mounted posts.
